This is a short report which appeared on BBC East Midlands Today about Donal McNally's unusual anatomy cook book, followed by a few extra interview clips.
Donal, an avid chef, gives the recipe collection to his engineering students. They are accompanied by diagrams and instructions about various parts of animal anatomy. A bit odd, but an interesting way to educate people!
